Does curing Serana do anything?
Serana doesn't seem to suffer the downsides of being a vampire the same way the Dragonborn does. Is there a point to curing her?

Her eye colour changes and she no longer has that dialogue choice.... but that is about all.

She also cannot turn you into a vampire I should add.

Nothing. Aesthetic purposes only, since her eyes will be human.
She will still don the hoodie outside and use her vampiric skills.

Yes. She will. And I hate that. She's not a vampire lord anymore. Or even an ordinary vampire. She shouldn't get Vampiric Drain spell to use anymore. Game should have stripped that from her if cured. And another annoyance is that she's a vampire and only uses Ice spells. What? She's never had to fight another vampire in her entire existance, until she met you?

Why would she fight one of her kind?

Have you not met the inhabitants of Castle Volkihar? They pretty much all hate each other, and that's the ones that live together...

she won't be able to give you NO MORE BLOODCURSED ARROWS anymore

Curing Serana is more of a roleplay choice than a gameplay choice. It doesn't really affect anything besides you ability to get arros or become a Vampire Lord yourself; it's really just a matter of what your character would advise her to do.

Doesn't change anything. The good thing about her....she's still immortal and loyal but I just hate it when she still nags about sunlight and always breaks my sneak.

Whenever I try a sneak attack I just ask Serana to wait.

So from the comments I've seen it seems like curing her is a BAD thing. She loses the ability to give those Blood Arrows and also can't use Drain Life.

When I have used Serana she didn't wreck my sneaking at all in fact the only time that was an issue for me was with Barbas and Shadowmere if I tried to sneak straight in fromt of them.

Sneaking can be hard if you haven't put perks into the skill tree. But if your sneak is high and you have perks in it. and also of course if you are wearing armor your clanking noises make you very easy to spot.
Also learn to cast silent perk and cast muffle and invisibility to sneak past anybody
