Naked NPCs?
When I was on my way back to Whiterun I saw Ri'Saad(sp?) and his group heading out. Ri'saad was only wear his underwear. And later when I went to Dustman's Cairn with Farkas, some of the Silverhand aren't wearing anything but underwear! That's just too strange. I haven't run into anything this odd in my game until now. Any ideas what caused that and how to fix it? I did have Immersive Armor installed and then I removed it.

Because you removed Immersive Armors, you also removed the clothes off their back. You may have to wait 30 ingame days for NPC's to reset.

Thank you so much Dexter. It did not occur to me at the time when I removed the mod that might happen.

General rule:
Never remove a mod mid game.
Naked NPCs is one of the smallest bugs that can happen, and some of the bugs from removing mods mid game can and will easily ruin your game

Trust me, I won't be making that mistake again.

Alternatively you can pull up the console and click on the naked person and then type: resetinventory .... works however you have to do it with every single person also I'm not sure if it helps with immersive armors. I removed it once and I don't know for sure it worked however it's worth a try.

Thanks. I will try that on poor Ri'saad. There's just something really odd seeing him in a loin cloth. When he said the wind bites bitter cold I wanted to yell, "Well put some clothes on then!" lol

You can also do disable/enable on them, or if you have the follower Vilja she have one spell you can use on them.

That's a thought. I had Vilja in one of my past play throughs.

And dont remove mods in one game, if you dont actually know what you are doing.

I say the same thing as Nazenn.

Yeah, there may well be other issues hiding underneath because of that, that you can't see as easily as Ri'saad's pants/goolies.

I saved and quit the game before removing the mod. Dopey me thought it was safe to do it at that point. But it's such a big mod I guess not. So of course I won't be doing that again.

IA changes more then it looks like that's for sure.

Yeah, unfortunately there's no safe way to uninstall a mod mid-game (I discovered this in a far more game-breaking way, and I couldn't even reinstall the mod in question...) Best thing to do is re-install it and load back to a save before you removed it, or start a new game, I'm afraid.

I'm not actually very far into the game yet. I'll probably start a fresh game later tonight. There are a few things I wanted to try differently anyway.
