Taking way too much damage
When i had 18 lvl, i could tank entire dragon battle or draugr death overlord by myself, but now i have 20lvl and any dragon can just two hit me with breath, i have 206 armor rating and playing on a adept difficulty.
Does anyone know if this is a bug, a mod that causes that or just a really poor game balance?
I have also a follower (kharjo) and he can't even fight bandit thug withour lying on the ground for half of the fight.
And sorry if i did any mistakes typing this, english is not my native language.

It's possible that the enemies have increased in level and you haven't yet improved your skills to match.

Your armor rating is not going to help you against dragon breath attacks, it only protects you from physical attacks. You need to use something like a Potion of Resist Fire, or whatever breath type the dragon is using, to protect yourself. As others have pointed out, you've probably unlocked a new level of enemies and aren't quite powerful enough yet to defeat them.

Enemies level up with you. If you are not specialized at one fighting style, then you are going to be underpowered.

Not to mention that many enemies get ridiculous health bonuses as they get higher in level. All enemies automatically get a +5 bonus per level, plus many of them get an additional health bonus in the form of what's called a "Health Offset". So a 20th level Bandit can easily have over twice as much health as the player, making them much more difficult to take down. I personally think it's a cheesy way of making the game more difficult. There is a mod available that does away with those bonuses for most enemies in the game though.

Miraak's Robes, boots and glove are for fighing Dragons. As is Dragonbane sword found in Skyhaven Temple. Also Esbern can give you a blessing to help you in battle against Dragons, he also has a potion for the Dragonborn to drink, but first you must rebuild the blades and kill a Dragon with the new members of the blades without one of them dieing.

One thing I've found when fighting Dragons is to avoid going at them head on. Try to manoeuvre to their sides or back so you don't end up in the line of attack of their breath and jaws. They can't do much against you if you're off to their side, so you can just keep hacking away with your weapon, or hitting them with spells.

If your follower dies too often, try raising the difficulty. I know it sounds stupid, as you're dying very fast even on Adept, but if now you can take 10 hits and your follower can take 10 hits, on Legendary you will be able to take 2 hits, but your follower will take 70 hits.

As for the dragons, I recommend trying to avoid their attacks, just hide behind a tree or something, and when they finally land and your follower starts attacking it, taking all the damage, you can charge, and deal as much damage until it flies away

Maybe its because you have 200+ armour and is obviously cheating, there is no way you can have 200 armor when you are level 20 unless you exploit the game or use any cheat mods. :steamsalty:
