1, Run LOOT, just in case.
2. How were the mods installed? Manually, steam workshop, Mod manager?
3. Did you change anything recently, like installing or removing mods?
I installed the mods all manually into the Data folder. No, i didn't change much. I just noticed that the speed buff of Convenient Horses suddenly stopped working. And yes, that are all mods. I try to use only those who are really necessary to enhance the gameplay.
Also, what do you mean by not changing much? Did you uninstall a mod midway through?
The only thing i did was installing the Creation Kit and creating my own simple follower, which worked very well. But the "vanished item problem" happened also before i installed my follower. So it shouldn't be the problem. I changed the Convenient Horses options (only health bonus), then the speed buff stopped working suddenly. But the rest of the mods did not change. Neither Inigo, nor Lucien or anything else.
As for the Unofficial Patch, it is essential if you wish a problem free game but you do need all 3 DLCs - otherwise you cannot use the patch, as those are requirements): Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214
For complete information on the Patch and what it fixes and why, see:

Since you don't seem to have the technical skills for in-depth troubleshooting, I'd advise you to reinstall the game, and use a mod manager for the mods.
Well. Either i'll finish those quests with a setstage cheat, or i'll just research several more hours about the problem. I think that this bug will mostly affect quests in which you're supposed to pick up items from chests or other containers.

You could try, and find the source of this error, but it may take you quite some time. After all, it is not necessary related to mod conflicts.
Depending on the source of the problem, it might have caused other issies you are not yet aware of. Worst thing is, changes are backed into your save, so the damage may be irreversible.
By the way, have you limited your FPS to 60? Failing in doing so often leads to scripting errors, and those could snowball into a major issue.
As far as xEdit, it may show what is causing your issue by showing what mods are in conflict, but it needs you to be experienced in its use to do so and to properly interpret, so it may be of limited use to you right now. However, if you wish to give it a try, see the following from the PINNED TOPIC Helpful Links and References:
