Random NPCs stuck in T-pose, but others aren't.

All of the greybeards, some children, anybody in Miner's clothing, and the Necromancer leader in the first Solitude Thane's quest (The one where they try to summon Potema.), but the majority aren't. Even Inigo and Sofia are, which is a bit depressing because I now have no other followers until I do M'rissi (Which probably won't be for awhile since the Thalmor leader girl can kill me with a single lightning bolt.). This is true for any of my characters, and leaving and reloading doesn't work. I tried doing FNIS, and did everything I could, validated the cache and told me there was an error. Any help? Oh, and LOOT didn't detect any problems either.

Which version of FNIS are you using? I see have you have HDT physics installed, do you have HDT Physics Installed? Which Skeleton replacer are you using? Did you INSTALL the skeleton as the LAST mod you INSTALLED? When you installed the skeleton in the FOMOD installer you shoose the one compatible with HDT? When you ran FNIS you checked the options for arm fix, skeleton patch, pcea, and patches for any of the other mods listed?
This is an older version Acquisitive Soul Gems.esp that has some issues check your mod list against this thread, luckily there is a replacement for it listed. This is on the list as well Locational Damage.esp and is rather problematic, unfortunately I do not think there is a replacement for it.

On a quick look through this is what I see, I have not used perkus maximus, it has it's own crafting system, are you sure it is compatible with CCOR, it may be but you might want to double check to be sure.

Hopefully others with experience will take a look at your load order as well and chime in if they see anything. Nice Skyrim once you get it up and running, I hope you post pictures to the pinned screenshot thread I would enjoy seeing them.

Should I uninstall both of these? I never really use them (And I'm positive Locational damage doesn't work.), but they're just there for convenince.

Sorry HDT Physic Extension required for physics to work I believe. Kelvy may know better than I on the reinstall of the Skeleton, but I would say yes. I will let Kelvy take over on FNIS he is more experienced with it than I, but I am sure you did not slect the correct check boxes when you ran FNIS, easy fix though to run it again.

Yes uninstall both of the mods I listed. Be sure to check your mod list against Nazenn's List I linked. There is a replacement for Aquisitive if you want, but not for the locational damage one. And you will also need to rerun your PatchuMaximus patcher and recreate the patches necessary for Perkus Maximus.

With me it is xp32 1H weapon though ticked not being regonised it but FNIS works.
* states the 2 warnings

(cfs11 note the older version being read(v5.2) has dissappear!!, ??'s on my part.(did nothing to it.
May have to go back to XPMS))

Make sure skeltons are above FNIS in load order but always check before finalising your order.

Yes on the HDT, no on the Locational Damage. Aquisitive Soul Gems is up to you. It is an outdated mod that has been made obsolete by the new Aquisitive Soul Gems Multithreaded which is made by the same author.
