How to rescue the torture chamber victims
So, when you ask Delvin to add a torture chamber, if you hit the tortered people enough they with reveal their hidden treasure, and then they beg to be freed. Well, what I did was I used Ice Form shout, and then once they fell out of their binds, I put them on fire for about 0.1 seconds (Not to hurt them but to get the ice off) And voila! They are freed!

Thanks, Wormling! I always had problems with this room--adding it bothered me too much.

the next time I get abducted I hope you are my torturer.

I usually just kill them and now their souls are free. the bodies however belong to me.

I do have to try your technique though. Do they run around or stand still?
