Dynamic Loot has it included, but it's a pretty big overhaul for the looting system.
Loot and Degradation, here we are:

Wow that -.., jeez am I blind? That's not even like a hidden or low-visiblity mod. Yet it's awesome for what I want, and I had no idea it existed. Thank you!
Yeah that's the one I'm going with. I have too many other things going on with my loot tables to do Dynamic Loot.
Wow, me too.
We all have so much in common!
That would throw my game COMPLETELY off balance lol. I'm running Scarcity at 8x, then add IA7 and now this, along with unique uniques and wintermyst, spread throughout with ASIS. Yeah...no. Just no LOL.
Just glanced, I have 8 actually. Just SO used to calling it IA7, still thanks for having my back on that one :P
Also hopefully by then I'll have got a new GPU, and I've finally found an ENB I like along with some graphics mods... trouble is while I'm waiting for the opportunity to play it my notebook is getting filled up with new mods I've found. I can only hope that I'll actually like playing this playthrough, I've had by far enough restarts for my liking.
LOL I've managed to mitigate my rampant restarting slightly by using MO's profiles, still, I understand.
As for immersive armors appearance in the lists. How to put it well first it does a good job of balancing by your level, there are still some high level IA's I haven't even seen. So the leveled part is done well, as for frequency..let's say it feels..right?
There is still a majority of standard armors, or the armors that are immersive are almost mirrors of their standard counterparts but with a different style. So it adds variety for the enemies you'll see, and options beyond the standard improvement paths for you.
Currently I'm using OBIS, which gives bandits sub-types and different "backgrounds" to them, so I'm wondering how it will work with the new armours added, as I believe OBIS gives each bandit faction a specific armour set.
I think the worst thing for me is deciding where I start (I used ASLAL), what I'll have and what I'll do firstly. Last time I mitigated it by having a little backstory whereupon I own the Morskom Estate (pretty good house mod in Dawnstar), and that it was my mission to restore it to a nice place to live, so I started in Dawnstar via a ship from Cyrodiil.
This time, though...
As for recommendations on starting with ASLAL, I'm a bit different in the forethought department, I make my character (purely for my own aesthetics, no thought to the backstory), always choose random. Then, through use of:
Take Notes:

create a backstory leading up to wherever ASLAL threw me and tie it to any scars or tattoos I may or may not have, on the spot for about 15-30 mins. That way my character's are always relevant to where I started and have a reason for going on from that point.
I also should learn to make bashed patches before I start, but I think Gopher has made a few tutorials on it, so that should be fine. If not I can find one elsewhere.
I might also try to use a new class-type to use, everything so far has devolved into a light-armour spellsword, I think that comes from my ethos of using everything at my disposal to get the edge on my enemies, one way or another.
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to starting a proper playthrough, whatever (whenever) that may be.
