Dead skeleton corpse follows me around

Everytime I enter a dungeon, I can hear the bones from his corpse rattle as I walk, and I get E to loot skeleton, however I cant see the corpse, what should I do?

use fireball everywhere, if he is there it should hit him

Travel through a door get to where the E is showing. Open the console without moving the mouse click on the skeleton (the number that shows should be 0002D1DE). Type in;
markfordelete <enter>
Exit the console, go through the door. Open the console again and type in
pcb <enter>
Travel back through door and that should do it.
