Yes you SHOULD swap. USLEEP provides several fixes for bugs introduced in conflicts between the DLCs that weren't previously fixable.
If your mod ONLY has the main USKP as a master, then you can select that mod in Wrye Bash and change the master to USLEEP.
If your mod has MULTIPLE USKPs, such as one or more of the DLC patches, as a master you can fix it in tes5edit if you know how (dont attempt this if you dont know what you are doing), or you must wait for the mod to update.
How to change those master files? Please help or throw me an any helpfull link senpai!

Also, as pointed out by Arthmoor, original patches will no longer receive any updates, so it's best to switch to USLEEP now, and not do it few months later in mid-game with hundreds of mods
THANK YOU! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
