okay i got the command for the game now how do you get the master key and will it unlock door that you can not pick lock

??? What Master Key ??? If you're talking about the skeleton Key from the thieves guild quest line, the answer is no ... It is basically simply a pick that you can't break. You can use a console commands to unlock any door that isn't bared.

apart from the Nightingale Skeleton Key ,the ''master key'' i know of is on your Lockpicking ''tree'
in your level up menu . but then i'v got the PC version of the game.

The Skeleton Key is an unbreakable lockpick found during the Thieves' Guild questline. It will not automatically open locks, you must still go through the lockpicking interface. It will not open locks that require specific keys, the use of levers, dragon claws, spinning pedestals or other methods.

There are doors that nothing unlock because they are quest related.

Indeed however there is a mod called skyrim unlocked which unlocks quest related dungeons ..... however use it with caution it can break quests.
