2K pack -
Pros: Higher quality, better function, not too taxing on performance
Cons: Doesn't cover as much as the OHRDLC
OHRDLC -
Pros: Covers all the textures in the game, easy installation
Cons: Buggier than an entomologist's workshop, fairly poor performance for what it's worth
Overall, if your computer can easily handle Vanilla Skyrim on Ultra, the 2K pack is definitely worth it. The Official Hi-Res pack is far to buggy and unoptimized for me to reccomend it.
It's too buggy? Well, what is Unofficial HRDLC Pack for? But true, it's very unoptimized.
You might want to check out this mod, which tries to optimize the hi res dlc if performance is a concern.

It also makes for a decent mod base for other texture mods.
If you use a mod manager, after installing the hi res dlc or optimized version, you can install Skyrim HD 2K to see how it looks and can easily remove it without compromising your other textures.
I personally prefer using Skyrim HD 2K with Vivid Landscapes over the hi res dlc as even the lite versions still look good.
