Dang man, a Khajiit licking themselves... I know they are very agile, but to bend this much

According to the lore, Khajiit are a race of cat people who claim descendancy from the moons and the Argonians are lizard-folk whose appearance is determined from talking trees.

Especially with the latter, I don't remember any source which says that Argonians are ectotherm, so yeah.

Man, you guys are messed up.

I bet a Khajiit has groomed themselves using their tongue now and again. It probably has to do more with the fur than the tongue. They may also simply just wipe themselves down and groom in other manners. However, as some Khajiit are quadrupedal, and even some can be mistaken for a house cat, it is likely those have to lick themselves unless it is a nuance between regular cats and khajiit of that kind. Some khajiit are too human to imagine them licking their fur, but if it was an instinct it would be.

Short answer....I don't know. :P

One way to find out about the Khajiit - put fresh covers on your bed. Or put out a pile of clean and expensive tunics. Open a book. Start eating. If a khajiit is gonna lick themselves, you've set the perfect trap (just watch for furballs).
