Anyway to keep quest items?

Like i really want to keep Bulgruffs sword, (the hall of the dead in riften ladies weapon) idk what its called, and dravins bow but ive tried putting the weapons on racks then completing and they disapear and ive tried handing them to my followers through weapon racks but that also doesnt work. Please Help!

Yes i know you can add the item through console but im trying to keep them through either Pickpocketing or glitching not using console :)

Do not turn them in to complete the quest.

I am not sure if it works since I have never tried it, but you may be able to pickpocket the items back afterwards if you have the misdirection perk (Pickpocket skill 70).

It works for Bulgruffs sword but not for the dagger (from the riften hall of the dead lady) and im not sure about dravins bow because when you hand the dagger over it turns into an iron dagger

You could either not ocmplete the quest or return it and try to make something similar
