(I actually sort of understood CHIM before I posted this, my post was more of a humorous jab at how much I really dont like CHIM)
Having everything you have ever done in the elder scrolls series invalidated by lore is precisely why I dislike some of Kirkbrides lore contributations.
It is ridiculously convoluted - I believe that creation and things that go beyond our realm of understanding should be left intentionally vague.
I dont need to have an existential crisis forced into the lore of the game. If CHIM was a concept that some abstract scholar in the games believed, I'd be perfectly fine.
I already know tamriel isn't real.
Ive suspended my disbelief once,
I dont need another freaking layer of tamriel not being real to make it even harder to immerse myself into the game.
