Cant kill morokei!

I cant do anything to him! He's in a ghost form and he keeps attacking my magika, nothing else. Help!!!!

That's a bit odd; UESP reckons that the mana drain effect comes from his staff (it'll take your health if you run out of mana), but he shouldn't be using that against you:

There should be some "enthralled wizards" shielding him:

Have you spotted and dealt with them? If so, I suggest reloading to a point before you did so, and trying it again.

Nevermind, I fixed it. What happened is that after I killed the two wizards, he still stayed in that form. So I had to type a kill command to continue the quest.

That is not one good fix at all.
Do Bomb blokes suggestion instead. Console commands can ruin your games.

Well I haven't seen anything broken after the command. I still faced enemies after that of course. I did follow the suggestion. I killed the wizards but Morokei was still in a ghost form!

Console commands used incorrectly can indeed ruin games, and in cases like this, I would've recommended keeping a save from before doing so until the quest was completed.

But this is a bug many users have run into, and console commands were going to be my next suggestion if raptor was still stuck. Both UESP and wikia have command suggestions for this specific scenario on their pages for this quest, and I imagine those're what raptor found.

I've even restarted my game and I have alot of saves. They didn't work. So I had no choice but use a command. There was another person who had the same problem and the only solution was to do the command. If anything, I will go back to that save.
