Just in case that this probelm is caused by broken master files, do this to check their integrity. Wheter it fixes your problem or not, I do recommend installing USLEEP any way.

Shouts may be those previously bugged. USLEEP does not add new shouts, but game may have found shout records from your character, after patch was installed.
So, adding USLEEP or validating master files with a cleared appcache did not fix this? The I have to admit that I am a bit of a loss. I will check trough UESPWiki again, in case I missed something.
Looking at the game data, the quest BYOHHouseStewardOffer checks, whether the variable numRoomsCompleted for the house is greater than 1 . The main hall and any extension wing count, but not the initial small house.
So the problem was sholved buildinga bed and that's was all but i think my game is bugged with the DLC, do you think I will have problems in the future?
I presumed that you had built the main house, without actually asking about it. My bad.
If this was the only problem, then I don't think your game is bugged. USLEEP should take care of most bugs in the game.
If you do encounter bugs, then just ask. I promise to pay more attention next time. There are so many posts in this forum that I do not always remember what I have asked or answered and may presume wrong things.
In short: I may need a forum break soon.
