1. Make sure your pc is fully updated.
2. Open a command prompt widow with admin privileges - that is go to start type in cmd and on cmd.exe right click (cmd.exe will be at the top) and run as administrator.
Type in sfc /scannow and enter. This scans for corrupted files and attempts to fix them.
If either above do not work -
3. Type cmd in the search box, and then right click Command prompt select Run as Administrator.
Type this in at the command prompt:
regsvr32.exe /u ntdll.dll and press Enter key - this uninstalls the file.
regsvr32.exe ntdll.dll and press Enter key - this reinstalls the file.
Hope something here helps.

"The module "ntdll.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllUnregisterServer was not found.
Make sure that "ntdll.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file amd then try again"
any idea for this?
Just saw the message and checked over some things. The point 3 I gave came from "Microsoft Devs", but after checking a lot deeper, they are wrong as ntdll.dll is unregisterable (took some digging but a lot of reasons why and could most likely make a full book about it).
If you followed my first 2 points and still crashing, at this point I cannot think of anything else. Hopefully someone else can offer some insight.
