vampires from Castle Volkihar are hostile

i went at the Dawnguard fort and started the quest from there, then i accepted Harkon's offer to make me a vampire lord, but after the small tutorial, as soon as i go down the stairs from the fountain room, vampires start attacking me

they are normally friendly, but when Hestla gets in range, she starts attacking me, and everybody joins her

anybody know why is this and how can i fix it?

Dont have followers with you when you accept Harkon's offer.

If you have any they will aggro everyone thus becoming hostile to you.

no followers with me, when i came with Serana everything was fine, i accepted to be Vampire Lord, and when i go down i only get attacked when Hestla comes in range
