Tolfdir not at Saarthal?

I'm doing the Winterhold college first quest but Tolfdir isn't outside of Saarthal. I remeber meeting him before getting here but just assumed he would show up or something. What should I do?

Occasionally, Tolfdir may not show up at all and the quest will be stuck because he cannot unlock Saarthal. This may be triggered by Tolfdir fighting an animal nearby and remaining at that position.

Use the console command prid 0001C1A1 followed by moveto player to solve this issue.
