Miraaks and black rider (LOTR) have same dragon/mask
Did you ever notice The Lord of The Rings dragon looks the same as Miraaks dragon in Skyrim, does this mean Miraaks and black rider?

I wouldnt say for the masks.They are very different.
However the dragons are the same.
