http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Lycanthropy#Curing_Lycanthropy
The Dawnguard add-on allows you to restore your lycanthropy with help from Aela the Huntress. You can do this only once; if you cure it again, you cannot regain your lycanthropy from Aela. If you restore your lycanthropy, you will keep all of the werewolf perks you had before, and will also keep the same totem benefit that you had active when you were a werewolf previously.
of course there are mods that allow you to have access to both but for that you will have to find them yourself.
I knew something was amiss here. I played the game pre 1.6 patch on 360. For future reference anyone thinking "alright fully level your werewolf, cure yourself, acquire the Ring of Hircine, become a vampire, get money" check yourself before you wreck yourself. RoH only applies to werewolves now fellas. Let my ignorance be your warning not to waste a couple hours mindlessly grinding on bandits.
