Bonechill Pass/Ancients Ascent

So I am level 15 and I was sent on a quest from Falkreath (sp) to kill a dragon that is right after you get through Bonechill Pass. I had no problem with the small cave itself, an Ice Wraith and Ice Wolf... but as SOON as you exit Bonechill Pass you are greeted by three massive skeletons that are way OP for me (I am currently level 14)... I have reloaded and tried to defeat this part (not even mentioning the dragon ahead) about 30 times.

What am I missing? Is this quest just way out of my league or something? I have yet to come across a quest that I couldn't do. The dragon is technically located at Ancient's Ascent I believe

Modded, shouldn't be any skeletons just the dragon.

Hmm maybe Immersive creatures? Ill try turning that off
EDIT: they are still there.. they are called "Restless Draman Skeletons" and they are basically 2 shotting me

Never seen them so it has to be a mod.
Maybe post LOOT load order so other can see.

Yeah I figured it out... its from Immersive Creatures.. I just turned their spawn off manually within the game. So they are basically walking dragons with shouts and weapons, I was fighting them and an actual dragon for the last hour ugh. Wonder if anyone else has ran into this

I agree it's definately a mod, it should just be the dragon. Do you have anything like Requiem installed? As in a mod that intentially un-levels the world. Sounds like you're running into things you normally wouldn't see yet.

This is caused by SIC. It makes the battles a little more interesting. You will also frind those skeletons by Whiterun if you explored a little more. SIC makes the world a little more dangerous, but a lot more fun.
