Report a translation problem
- If same: it would be best to use Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer to create separate profiles for both players and play from the same account.
- For other computer: Sure. Saves are in Documents > My Games > Skyrim. Copy them to USB drive and paste them to similar folder to another computer, once the game has been installed there.
You may wish to consider disabling Sync feature, if you are sharing any files. They can somtimes mess them up.

Edit:
Yeah. This works too, but if you wish to use different mods with this setup, then that may indeed get tricky. NMM or MO will allow separate profiles. MO is more advanced in this matter, but has a wider learning curve.
