Stray dog with puppy in whiterun!

So I see this stray dog in whiterun and it has a puppy, and Im sure I dont have a mod that adds that, is this apart of skyrim? and if so, I really wanna adopt but I cant! I feel sorry for them bcuz they have no home and there just sitting there in the rain!

I disagree.I highly doubt mods that are related to better graphics, craftable arrows and allow me to take care of my needs realistically would add more animals. I'm sticking to the notion that it's vanilla, until I find something that would prove otherwise.

Thankfully it's very easy to prove. Just click on the puppy in the console, and it'll show an ID. The first two numbers indicate the load index of the mod that adds it. Alternatively, download MfgConsole and it'll tell you the exact plugin.
