Ordinator vs Perkus Maximus
I've tried Ordinator only and I found the perks I had all useful. I'm planning to make a new character and I want to try Perkus Maximus but would it be better?

If it's better or not depends on your taste. What I know is that Ordinator is a bit more compatible with other mods. But give it a try maybe you'll like it more

What I meant by better is usefulness, more depth etc.

Again, it depends on your taste. I don't remember all perks in PerMa, and I never used Ordinator, so I can't compare them. Is it more useful? It depends on what class you play and how you play. If you play with One-Handed Sword, then a Bladesman perk will be useful to you, but Bone Breaker and Hack and Slash will be useless. That doesn't mean they are objectively useless, they might be useful if you play the game differently

Depends what you want, really. PerMa is, I believe, somewhere between Ordinator (which only really changes perks and how they function) and a full-on overhaul like SkyRe or Requiem. I can't remember all of the changes it makes, but for example I'm pretty sure it changes weapon damage and armour ratings (makes the numbers bigger, generally - you do more damage and so does everyone else) and does things like adding crossbows to the world rather than only being able to get them from Fort Dawnguard. They're both pretty good, I believe - haven't played with PerMa much myself, but I love Ordinator and know plenty of people who love PerMa. I played a lot with SkyRe which is by the same mod author. I personally find the Ordinator perks more interesting and varied than other perk mods', although arguably some of them could be said to be a little OP - overall, though, I'd say it's pretty well balanced so long as you resist the urge to give yourself lots of extra perk points so you don't miss out!

The other thing to take into consideration - although bear in mind this could be outdated info, I have been 'out of the loop' for a few weeks and haven't really caught up yet - is that Ordinator is made by a pretty active mod author who is, AFAIK, generally around for support (although he's not fond of questions that have been answered a million times, which is fair enough) whereas I believe T3nd0 of PerMa/SkyRe has had to stop being actively involved in the modding community for various reasons, so any support is by the community. (That said, I think there's a few people here who know a lot about general good modding practice and are at least fairly familiar with PerMa.)

Both is good but Ordinator is more compatiple with custom armor and weapons.
