Well, you can always try a different mod.
Unfortunetly I don't have a fix for you with that mod, but I personally use
Lightweight Headtracking and Emotions
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59406/?
The mod has a safe guard built in against this in that if you sprint for a short distance it stops your headtracking. It also only headtracks when out of combat and is implimented much lighter so if you are running a lot of scripts you may get better results with that anyway
There is this one
Lightweight Headtracking and Emotions
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59406/?
But it looks very basic and in the video the character is quite slow to react and the one i'm using at the moment has lot's of options and i would like to try and fix it.
As always "Cover thy but" read the guide and the read me files on the mods description page. Some mods require dirty edits to function correctly and "fixing" them could potentially make it worse or break a save. If it flags something as missing a dependancy, or the mod is dirty and you can fix it with a simple cleaning (IE: remove the "Item same as master", and "Undelete and disable references" Please make a note of what was fixed and let the mod author know so he can update the patch.
Good luck
Agreed, that's why I said to make a note of it and contact the mod author ... the whole second part of my post was a warning why not to just fix it ... though it's real early here and after re reading it I didn't word it to well ... Sorry
As far as the facial expressions, it may be the disgust emotion which can appear around corpses or people your character hates. The vanilla animation for that is really odd.
If you want to try and identify the specific emotion, start a new game with racemenu which allows you to toggle them all at various strengths while in character select
