I have no idea why, but the icon is the earth instead of the cool skyrim dragon icon. I have deleted it and right-click skyrim in my library to putanother shortcut on my desktop, still a earth icon. What gives? I like the dragon better.

That sounds like the windows default icon for shortcuts. Try right-clicking on it and select "Properties", and see if you can change the icon there.

Would you happen to know which file to find it in? I just get the default icon page.

I had the same issue until just now because of this thread. I usually just fire it up through SKSE but because I couldn't get the CK going, I thought I'd see what was going on.
