It crash right after maramal came

Maramal should already be there. Maybe load a save from before you ask him to perform the wedding, leave the town altogether. Wait until the time for the ceremony to start then go into the chapel.

If using mods, have you sorted your load order with LOOT?
After running LOOT be sure to click on the button in the upper right that says "Sort" when hovered over, then click "Apply" once it appears.

I have never experienced a crash at the wedding, but I have experienced a circumstance where Maramal glitched out and never performed the wedding. Don't ever try to tell him you want a wedding if he's between Bee and Barb and Temple of Mara.

Instead of bumping this tread your should have made one new, since there is one mayor possibility that your issue is not the same as OP.

But you should start by following the suggestions cfs111 have suggested in the tread.
If those dont work. Please make your own tread and give us information about what did happen after you did follow the suggestions from this tread, and give us information about mods and so on.

Sorry but that seems insanely complicated. Also you are wrong. This was my exact problem. Creating a new thread would just create yet another place someone would have to search to find their solution. The problem that I ran into was I must have used TESEDIT to clean my DLC files (I know that I shouldn't do that, but I must have at some point). All I had to do was exactly what this thread said to do, verify the integrity of my game files and it solved the problem. Cleaning the DLCs must have corrupted or erased essential parts to the marriage quest. Any way I can confirm that if this is your problem and if you did make the mistake of cleaning your DLCs, then this is your solution.

Ok.
But you should clean your DLC:s since there are ITM and other nasty stuff in them that makes you game unstable.
Perhaps you did do some wrong when you did clean them the last time?
