Orcs aren't compatible.
There are half-breeds, they are just very similiar to others. i.e. Altmer + Bosmer would have a kid that would look like a short, more round Almer I believe
Forsworn, my friend. Mix of Breton and Nords
Orcs can definitely produce babies with humans (and probably other mer), there's an example in Oblivion of an Orc with a human ish father. And the Forsworn are, at least in game terms, Bretons. Lore-wise, it's a bit more complex, they're a religous/political group within the ethnic group known as Reachmen, who are still basically seen as Bretons, but have apparently got a little bit of pretty much every 'compatible' race in the mix, as I understand it. Probably a bit more Nord than others, given they live in Skyrim, although possibly not, given they aren't super fond of the Nords, on the whole.
The Bretons, on the other hand, are the result of many generations (I think) of mixing of Nedes (humans) and.... I forget which group of Mer, but one of them. All this was a very long time ago, Merethic Era, I think, so a few thousand years, I guess? But, assuming Racial Phylogeny is correct, it would have taken a long time for there to be a new, distinct group, because for the most part a child of mixed parentage takes most racial traits from the mother.
So, for example, an Altmer and a Bosmer, if the Bosmer was the father, would produce a child who was, to all intents and purposes, Altmer, although they might have one or two echoes of their father's racial traits (it's a bit vague on this, but I'd guess it's things like maybe being slightly better in Archery, and having slightly smaller magicka pool than other Altmer). The child would very likely look completely Altmer, too (perhaps a shade shorter than their peers, and maybe a slightly different skintone - my main playthrough is an Altmer with just a touch of Nord blood a few generations back, who has unusually grey (but still Elf-like) eyes and her skin tone is a little less golden than is strictly "proper" for an Altmer. In my 'headcanon', so to speak, other Altmer can easily see she isn't 'pure' (definitely a racist concept, but, well, she comes from Alinor and mixes in Thalmor circles before she arrives in Skyrim), but any human, and probably most Dunmer and maybe Bosmer would just think she was pure Altmer.
Hehe! If it helps, I also have a HORRIBLE headache and there are people DRILLING in my building, so it's not all roses ;)
I agree with gnewna's response to this. But I also think, as you have pointed out, that it's important to recognize the practices of being PC as being misused as a form of censorship. I disagree with you about Christmas - personally I say "Happy Holidays" because I like to be inclusive to everyone, plus Christmas itself is a big ball of controversy (given its commercialization and the fact that it was originally a Pagan event anyway) but NOT because I think I will offend anyone. I'm just being nice.
Where I do agree with you - one example, Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn almost got banned recently because of the excessive use of the N word. The whole freaking book is anti-racist! That is the point! And here is where being PC completely misses the whole mark and just turns into harmful censorship. So I think it's very important to always be conscientious about how it is practiced.
all that PC bs has become ridiculous and partly reached a dangerous spot. in my country they have started to censor and rewrite old books because of some words, which used to be ok for the last 500years and just became politically incorrect, because everyone is now offended by everything.
and they were not even slightly racist books, its authors like astrid lindgren and erich kästner (fun fact: the last time his books were censored and burned was during the nazi regime)
You're not allowed to say anything in Sweden these days, so that does not say much. Not everyone is as PC as Swedistan. I also do not understand how you'd call a normal Swede a halfbreed in the first place, but k...
What about Cyborg?
Nope.
Very swedish of you, silencing those that disagree with your leftist agenda. You proved his point greatly.
