Some people still have dragons to fight after Alduin's defeat. Those folks are expreiencing a glitch. Your dragon fighting days are over once you defeat Alduin. So if you don't have many dragon souls, then don't do main questline to completetion.
EDIT: You can still have to fight scripted dragons with Dragonborn DLC.
Ha, i did not know that.
And i'm always wasting time just looking at that thing, whenever i'm down there...
But that's what truly makes this game - there's always something new, you haven't discovered yet.
But who'd figure out, that yelling at that thing down in blackreach starts a fight with a dragon...
I've read somewhere that you can still do radiant quests during the last phase of the campanions, where you go dragon hunting. Can this work as a way to get a legendary dragon?
Yup. At least, i guess the dragon encounter scales with the player level with these quests as well.
But again, random dragon encounters should still occur, even after defeating Aldiun, but those quest would be better for "dragon-farming".
