Khajiit Night Eye power not working

I decided to finally start modding Skyrim on new PC and started a new playthrough. My usual character - female khajiit. I have run into a problem with night eye power and don't know which mod might be causing it. When i equip the power and press the activate button nothing happens. The sound of trying to cast a spell when mana is depleted can be heard. Has anyone had this problem before? How can I fix it?

Any chance an enb active? lots of enbs are not out of the box compatible. I did fix it by changing a value in one of the enb ini files. Don't know for sure which one it was.

Thanks for your suggestion but I already tried that. And I don't think it's an enb problem because the power doesn't work. It doesn't activate. If it did and looked weird or didn't change anything then I would suspect the enb. But it just plays the depleted mana sound and then nothing.

Well, yes. That is how it works - or rather does not - with ENB. This is a known problem with ENB and also affects to vampires as well. If you wish to test it, then use ENB toggle on/off from ingame ENB UI to conform this to yourself.

There are few solutions for the problem.

• Phinix Natural ENB preset has an inbuilt support for night eye features.

well I have real vision and I got it working (I use predator vision). it is a tweak in one of the files.

I just moved back to RealVision from Phinix. It may be too colourful for some players, but I missed those colours with Phinix.

I haven't tried that fix yet. So far Enhanced ENB Night Eye has done the trick to me. I do not have active game at the moment (still few weeks to Frostfall 3), so I guess that there is plenty of time to test out different fixes and setups, before starting a new game.

Thank you all. I got it working with ENB Night Eye by scegielski. Have to work on the look of it still but at least it works!
