I am in mission Recover Elder Scroll and getting stuck here the door dont wanna open..

and trapped in this place

You first have to go to the College of Winterhold and speak with the Librarien. Otherwise you won't get the key for that door.

Theres a walkthrough of of how the quest schould play out, you should have talked to Septimus Signus by now and gotten two items from him the Blank Lexicon and the Attunement Sphere,the ladder acts as the key here.

Now if you've done that, have these items and it still wont work Try this:
save
open the console
type : tcl (this turns of collision)
close the console
walk through the wall
repeat,so collision turns back on

Alternatively: You basically want to enter blackreach, there are to more entrances in : Mzinchaleft and Raldbthar (just use google to find out where they are)

if none of this works type in the console:

player.additem 2d513 1

this gives you the scroll,if the game thinks you still dont hav it use:

setstage MQ205 100

that should fix
