Sounds like windows authorization have you set wyre bash to run as Administrator? Or have you recently changed how Wyre bash is accessed? Via MO or now outside of MO?
Just tested it out on another profile - without the mod that I changed the bash tags for - and it sems to run fine, no pop-up.
Hope it helps .... but there should be a Wyre Bash error message site!
What I meant was, maybe somehow the 'configure as executable' thing where MO knows what to look for had gone wonky, however, I just tested with and without Immersive Jewelry (the mod I changed bash tags for as per instructions) and it seems to be related to that, so IDK if maybe I did something wrong when I changed the tags...
A constructed example: the hair length of an npc is represented by a number between 0-255 aka a byte, now bash tries to merge records and comes up with a length of 7563. It isnt that constructed cause it happens in oblivion.
Sadly this doesn't help you the slightest. Run Tes5Edit on the patch and check for errors. If that doesnt help, either find the offending mod in the log or you go though the tedious process of disabling mods one at a time till you find the offender.
I wont take it lightly though. In the (real) oblivion example, the game will crash once it spawns the npc with the invalid hair lenght
I ran TES5Edit on my Bashed Patch and right clicked and hit Check for Errors (which I'm assuming is the correct thing but maybe there's a more involved thing that I should have done?) and it just gave an All done! message with no errors listed. IJ has its .esp file available as a separate download (because it was uploaded as a minor update as well as full new file) so I might try downloading that and see if it's got the same problem... Thanks for the explanation, I'm still kinda not entirely sure I understand but I have a bit more of an idea what's up, if not how to fix it...
