No wait button?

So haven't played on this machine yet, reinstalled everything including the mods I was using. Now I can't use the wait command... I go into controls, and there's no setting for the wait command.

What I've done is I'm using an XBox controller, and I have the "back" button set up to open the list of spells/gear, and the D-Pad equips certain things. Usually I would have to switch the RS button to either wait, or change camera. Right now it just changes camera, and I can't switch it back to wait, because there's no control setting for it.

Any advice on how to fix this?

The two mods I'm using that affect controls are...
Immersive 360 controller with 8 hotkeys - expanded edition
Use both XBox 360 controller AND keyboard SIMULTANEOUSLY
