Dragonborn *spoilers* At the Summit of Apocrypha glitch (solved)

I think this glitch started when I got out of the dwemer ruin to get the second black book, a dragon was sent by Miraak to attack me so I killed it, but instead of Miraak coming to absorb the dragon soul, I absorbed it.
I didn't encounter anything strange further into the quest until it was time to face Miraak. I stepped onto the platform of the last chapter, killed the two seekers and learned the word on the wall.
Then I was supposed to use the "bend will" shout to tame sahrotaar - mind you I unlocked all three words. Sahrotaar didn't come and attack me like he was supposed to, instead I saw him flying around, then to the summit where Miraak would be. Every time I used the bend will shout long distance, Sahrotaar would fly towards me, then turn around and go back to the summit without acknowledging me.
I turned on godmode so I could use the shout twice and when Sahrotaar was in sight, before he turned around, I used the shout and Sahrotaar landed. I got to ride him and he flew me to the summit, but when I got to Miraak there was no dialogue like there was supposed to be, and he was already attacking me and the dragon before I even got to get off.
I got off of Sahrotaar and was able to attack Miraak for a little bit, but the objective to "use "bend will" shout to tame Sahrotaar" did not go away, the quest pointer stayed on the dragon and Sahrotaar remained essential. I never got any objective past taming sahrotaar.

Details:
- Miraak inevitably would stay in etherial form
- The other two dragons that are supposed to be there never showed up
- I passed the part where storn was killed by Herma-Mora and Frea had given me the quest to find Miraak
- I looked everywhere for a solution and now I resort to this

Once on the platform where you are supposed to tame Sahrotaar use this command setstage dlc2mq06 250
If that does not work, type in sqo What does it say about this quest? Use pageup / pagedown to read the info.

It didn't really work, Sahrotaar didn't land, so I used the sqo command and now I can't find anything about the quest I'm on,

Then search for quest dlc2mq06 dlc2mq05 dlc2mq03B .

Found it for dlc2mq06 it says "target 1: reference: (0301FB99) load door: same cell/exterior"

Ok, here is what I see and what may work. For some reason the quest thinks you are past riding the dragon and should be fighting Miraak (0301FB99) now. But your journal is stuck on needing to ride the dragon. There are a couple of ways that may work, we will start with the least intrusive. Make sure to keep that backup save.
First, just teleport yourself to Miraak player.moveto 0301fb99
Second, coc DLC2ApocryphaEnd04
Third, movetoqt dlc2mq06

Honestly, I'm not really sure where the last one was supposed to teleport me. I did the first one and it succesfully teleported me to Miraak. There was no dialogue, and there were no dragons. Then I did the second thing and it told me that my character was not carryable, so it put me back on the summit.

Miraak should be hostile when you get to him. He was when I setstaged my way to him. Are you sure you typed the second one correctly

Miraak should be there and turn hostile.

Also, redo the first one and when you get to him, click on him with your mouse and type in
resetai <enter>
disable <enter>
enable <enter>
Exit the console, see if he becomes hostile. If not whack him a few times with your sword or axe or etc.
