F9 to quickload.

You can also remap both of those keys in the Controls option screen if you'd prefer to have them somewhere else.

You can change the quicksave button to something like "C" which is very convienient since it's right next to WASD

I use F5 for quicksave and L for quickload.

I didn't like load on F9 because the habit of using F5 sometimes made me use it instead of F9 and then i'd lose my save.

C already has a function. Also, quick and auto saves are not super stable in Beth games, and may be associated with CTDs and possibly broken saves. Even if you do use them, make sure you do a menu save at least every hour or so, if you don't want to risk losing a significant amount of progress if one of them borks.
