Where can I find an Amulet of Akatosh?
I'm 60th level, beat the Main Quest, Archmage, Harbinger, and have yet to see an Amulet of Akatosh. I want to complete my own Temple of the Nine in my Windstad Manor.

It can only be found as random loot. I know it sucks, Its clearly one of the best amulets. I occasionally see it being sold by a merchant in solitude

Pretty much any chest that can contain an enchanted item can contain that amulet. If you have access to blackreach, Theres a dozen of those chests scattered there.
