How to be able to apply any enchantment on an item? That I could normally not apply?
Is there a console command that makes that I can apply an enchantment of my choice to a certain item? So that I can apply enchantments on an item via the enchantment table that I could normally not apply? Because I have a necklace from a mod that cannot be enchanted at all for whatever reason, and I want to enchant it with normal necklace enchantments.
So is there a command that targets the ID of this item and then simply renders the desired enchantments applyable?

Yes. But the command is still dependant on your current enchanting level and the strength of your largest on-hand soul gem. But you'd have to go to Skyeim.wiki or UESPSkyrim for that info.

That's completely fine! Do you know the command? Because I haven't found anything on Skyrim wiki yet.

Scroll down about 4/5 of the way, to find playerenchantobject. There will be a description of how it works.

Here this mod will remove restrictions from enchantments:

I seem to recall it's a bit convoluted to use, the console command but indeed, it does work. I'd agree though, enchantment restriction removal mods are the way to go.

No it is fine that you cannot apply all enchantments to any item but I have this necklace from a mod that cannot have ANY enchantment even though it does otherwise work like a normal necklace. I just want that the necklace enchantments are applyable.

I know the playerenchantobject command but I am seeking a better way to go. I am looking for a command that simply turns the enchantments that are displayed in the enchantment table from grey to white so that I can use them. At least the necklace enchantments.
I have already used the playerenchantobject command and it has some stupid restrictions and issues.
