hairs look a bit emo.
If they are 2 or 4k I have no idea but it's the main hair mod afaik.

I suggest installing the male and female versions and then the full version on top as the male and female have a few hairstyles not included. The file sizes are pretty large though so it's your choice.

You will likely need OneTweak or ShowRaceMenu precache killer to prevent your game from crashing when loading massive hair mods.
OneTweak is worth having by itself, ShowRaceMenu precache killer is only necessary if you don't use RaceMenu which I forget not everyone uses (it's awesome, has loads of new sliders, lets you create custom colours for hair, makeup, skintone etc). http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/? I only recently started using OneTweak but I've used RaceMenu for ages and (since the pck was included) haven't had any problem loading up multiple hair mods.
Oh, there's also Lovely Hairstyles which adds a small selection of hairs that are mostly closer in style to the vanilla ones, and use the vanilla hair textures, so will benefit from any retexture mods you use (not sure if any of them don't use hairlong.dds).
Just a quick sidenote on OneTweak, do not forget to set windowed mode on in the options menu of the launcher. This will allow you to take advantage of running in windowed mode for the slight boost in performance. IMO, Skyrim needs all the help it can get.
