Also, since you stated you checked FNIS, I am guessing that there were no warnings or issues that it showed. However, it might be a good idea to copy and paste the FNIS screen so that we can see exactly what the messages are that it is showing.
And yeah, there are those of us who comment to help, and those who just comment - as in any forum (though once in a while some of us may give some good natured ribbing - LOL!)
Yes I've tried asking on nexus, no answers so far. I am not on my computer right now but I'll copy 'n' paste it asap.

make a new save and then enable them.
no i dont use LOOT but since you are asking that might be a good idea.
i tried to change the load order on the screen that pops up before actually starting the game and that actually seemed to fix it (somewhat). However, the menus are really slow and hard to handle (however, so is the dialogue menus so its probably because of another mod). I have a somewhat idea what mods it could be. So i am planning on starting a new save and try disabeling them and see if it will fix that. Thanks for the help
I will run loot and auto sort what I have every time I download a new mod (unless the mod specifies otherwise). It is a great tool, If you download it, sort your game using the option on the top right of the page, it can automatically work out where most things should go, and it will inform you if you're missing any plugins, or if there are compatibility issues.
If your mod is now working as it should but its running with a delay, that could just be due to your hardware not being able to run as many scripts at once as you'd like.
I tried using LOOT as you asked me to. Again, i am very new and unexperienced when it comes to modding. To me it doesnt seem like any of the relevent mods have any issues. However, i did get some warnings on several mods that: "TES5Edit found [number] ITM records and [number] deleted navmesh. An explanation of Dirty Edits is available here." not sure what that's supposed to mean and it doesnt say that about any of the relevant mods as far as i can see.
