Any word on skyrim 2 coming soon?

Its been like 20 years or so and is there any word on development on skyrim 2?

TES 6 will be released in 2027 or later. 2029 is a more realistic date. It is now in *alpha* development stage.
Skyrim 2 will never be released, because Skyrim is just a name for TES 5 (TES 5: Skyrim).

I dont think so, skyrim was a good game, so they can release a second skyrim game!

EXACTLY. Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 are the new TES games (with guns).

Elder scrolls online is okay, but I quit when they started level scaling all the enemies for the noobs... but most B games are like that now... It's just I started before that happened and then the change made the game so much worse IMO, I just quit. Also its the same quest basically over and over and very repetitive, oh another town has gotten overrun and needs to be saved for the 50th time which is nearly exactly just like the last town this happened in, again, you don't say?

While I won't say it's impossible, they would need to do a game in every province they haven't done first.

Assuming ES6 is in Hammefell, we still have High Rock, Black Marsh, Summerset Isles, Valenwood, and Elswyer.

That's up to ES11, then who knows of they stay on Tamriel, we have Akavir to the East, Pyandonea to the south, and of they decide to go back in time, Yokunda to the West and Atmora to the North.

Even if we stay on Tamriel, it's likely to be Morrowind, all of it, rather than Just Vvardenfell as ES12.

So....I would expect it sometime in the early to mid 22nd century. Everyone reading this will be dead by the time a Second Skyrim would come out.

Skyrim 2 will be released around the year 2038, some years after the release of TES 6 and before the release of TES 7, in the form of a remake of skyrim with the technology of TES 6 just like it happened with Skyblivion and Skywind
