Angarvunde Word of Power Bug

So, I've been gathering all of the shouts; getting the quests from Arngeir and everything had been fine. However, when I got into room in Angarvunde with the Word of Power the wall didn't have the word. I can hear the music and the chanting, but when I approach nothing happens. I did some research to see, to see if I could discover the problem, and I discovered that this wall gives one of the Animal Allegiance words. The thing is I already have all three of the words, and got them through legitiment ways. Now I'm stuck and can't complete the quest and I have no clue what to do now. :S

Well it seems if you dont enter the console command to get that shout your stuck. That has happened to me before but i went away for a couple days and then it automatically read the shout from 100 miles away. If you want to get the shout legitimently all i could say is to wait and continue on with any side quests you have.

But the thing is I already have all 3 words. Would entering the console command work anyways?
