Options of resetting attributes?

Hey guys,

I know certain things can be done with mods or through the console to reset perks and refund the perk points back... My question would be is there a way to reset attributes as well? I'm lvl 19, and want to re-vamp my character. Thanks!

Console commands can be used for attributes too: player.modav magicka x, player.modav health x, player.modav stamina x

Also if you want to do this when your at a much higher level legitly without console when you beat dragonborn Hermaous Mora gives you the option of resetting perk points of a certian skill tree at apocrypha's summit to use on other skill trees.
