First things that everyone should install in the game are Unofficial Skyrim patch + pathces for each DLC you have and LOOT. Patches are just that: install them and forget them, untill NMM tells you they need to be updated. You can found the main skyrim patch from below. Links to rest of them can be found from the same page.

You will also need a tool to keep your load order sorted out, or you will face several problems: including CTDs. LOOT will also inform you about the missing parent mod data, if you ever experience CTDs after Bethesda logo.
LOOT

It is important to understand, that none of these tools can offer definite solution to your problems. Only one who can prevent mod conflicts is you, by making sure there are no conflicting mods in your load order and that your computer spects can handle what you are throwing at them.
Try installing patches and running loot. If conflicts continue, then share your load order and the short summary (in a framed box) from LOOT with us, so regulars can help you.
Have fun.
Dude thank you! Loot found bad thing and i removed it. It was Open cities in skyrim. Thank you a lot a have a nice weekend:)
