Thanks, I will try a shrine, though I didn't want to change aliegence just yet. The cure all didn't work and it it was the best I could find at level 40?

If what is said in this tread is not working you have one problem whith your skyrim.

Allegiance??? I mean you'll get a blessing that's it has nothing to do with standing stones or so... Other trick is to find vigilantes of stendarr they also will cure diseases

Try the Talos or Kynareth in Whiterun aktivate one of those, and you should be cured.

Are you using HP potions, rather than 'cure disease' potions?
