Report a translation problem
1. Go to Divines, just ensure it's not curse or something like that , check Magic - Active Effects often
2. Esc to open pause/save/load/other menu and jump to desktop then come back - do it a 2-3 times, sometimes it's your shifting back and forth crashed the graphic temporary, I had it few times in the past - and I fixed it like that
3. Maybe you're on a quest...? Althought I didn't recall anything deal with sky though......
4. Maybe you have a mod that enhance sky or whatever conflict with another mod that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the sky. I have a mod called "Enhanced night sky" which add ♥♥♥♥ loads more of star and night looks much more enjoyable but i assure you if u have that mod it doesn't conflict with other mods.
(A bit silly question, if it had happened to SpeedFreak as well, but worth of shot any way.)
That is not an permanent effect, but needs to be reapplied.
Even H was not silly enough to kill all life on Nirn permanently by shutting down the sun. :O
