Being bitten by a vampire
Is it true that at 3 days after being bitten by a vampire, you will start becoming one of them and everyone in Skyrim will try and attack you? If yes, is there a way to stop this effect?

Yes its true, after 3 days after bite, you will become a vampire. You can go to a shrine (church) and click on one of the statues to clear up the infection (if your not a vamp yet).

If you are a vamp, talk to an innkeeper and ask about rumors. They might give you info you need.

Be careful, you don't have to be bitten to contract vampirisum, that effet/spell they use when attacking can infect you as well.

There is only one guy named Falion can cure that in the Skyrim.
Go speak with inn keeper or bartender, you might hear some rumors about the guy.

After a fight with a vampire, it's always wise to have a look at your Active Effects (under magic, last tab, I think, next to Shouts or Powers) to see if you've caught 'sanguinare vampiris'. If you have, as has been said above, you then have three in-game days to either take a cure disease potion or get a blessing from a shrine.

I think there is also one alchemical ingredient which can be used to cure diseases (because 'cure disease' is its first effect) but I can't remember what it is. Might be hawk feathers?
