My "Miscellaneous" quests are f*cked

Every time i complete a quest in that cathegory it doesnt go away. I got around 2-4 completed quests that wont go away.. Help?

it's normal for skyrim and as far as i know there is nothing you can do about it.

repeatables will not clear

I have completed the following quests (already removed one not stated here): Find the word of power in Arcwind point, Bring ancient falmer tome to urag-gro shub, Speak to Greta about going to the temple of divines and Locate the east empire pendants for Fethis Alor in Raven Rock.

What should i do? All these quests are completed but wont go away (you see them in screenshots). And i have already deleted one quest earlier through console. Should i do the same to all completed quests or is there a way to fix this??

The falmer tome one requires you to find four tomes and bring them to Urag. These are hidden at preset locations (non-random) within the Forgotten Vale, where you went hunting with Serana to get Auriel's Bow. There's no quest markers pointing you to them though UESP has the details.

Arcwind point is bugged, look it up on UESP.

Greta's quest is Return to Grace - again, look it up on UESP.

The East Empire pendant quest cannot be completed totally, to my knowledge. There are other such quests, like doing work for the Companion's leaders, or killing people for the Night Mother.

repeteable should be colored, problem here is if a quest line is part of it that spawn between them.

WoW use Blue, but it could actual solve alot of thief guild questline and repeteable job if some color is use on the none quest jobs. even at companions in whiterun and DB
