Bandit leader missing in Lost knife hideout

I have three mods which are unofficial legendary patch, no stripping fix, and stutter fix. The quest marker appears in the location he is suppose to be. The dungeon was not cleared before accepting the quest. The dungeon is still not cleared despite all npcs being dead. All npcs and loot were present minus the leader. Is there a way to fix either via console command or some other method? I have waited approximately 10 days in hopes of a reset.

You still haven't been clear on whether the problem persists. Certainly you haven't given the results of the steps I gave you.

Oh yeah sorry Bomb, I forgot to try it before starting over. I can tell you I started to do it and it returned 200. That's all I know really.

On a side note I removed the unofficial legendary patch and the games performance went up and bugs have gone down significantly. Also according to the logs it was causing other issues as well such as CTDs.

You should not remove The patch file at all NO MATTER WHAT it is essential.
If your game goes better after you do that you have serius issues in your game. AKA wrong files all over it.
Have you done any of given suggestions earlier in the tread??

I'm doing the radiant quest Kill the Bandit Leader at Lost Knife Hideout given by Farkas . The bandit leader is missing,there's an arrow pointing to where he should be standing. The dungeon was not cleared before accepting the quest. I've tried tcl to no avail,I've also reloaded an earlier save,nada. I would try to reset the quest but I don't know the quest ID . Can anyone help me?

If you mean the quest here http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Trouble_in_Skyrim the ID is CR05.

I had a similar issue: Cleared "Lost Knife Hideout" once while on a quest to fetch some item from the boss chest. After defeating all enemies I found the location was not marked as "cleared". I don't remember if I actually faced the boss of if he wasn't there. However: I went back there some time later in an effort to clear all clearable dungeons. Killed everything in there, boss was not present, location remained uncleared and unclearable. Finally used "SetLocationCleared 0x00019267 1" in console to mark location as cleared.
