I am not a Wrye Bash expert, but highlight the mod that is red or orange and look on the right side in the middle.

It should list the Master files for the mod. Look for the the red or orange color there and make sure you are not missing a master file for that mod.

Also make sure the master files are listed in the right order for the mod.

If I was missing masters loot would of told me for sure, ive read somewhere it shows that but its a flaw in wyre bash.

A red checkbox means this mod is missing a master file. If the mod missing a master file is ticked then you game will crash on start.

Orange is usually not bad. Orange indicates that the master files are listed in a different order in the plugin header compared to what they are in your load order. A lot of the time this is just an issue with the actual mod, such as someone had all three dlcs as masters but they are listed as: Hearthfires, Dragonborn, Dawnguard
instead of the correct order which would be : Dawnguard, Hearthfires, Dragonborn
Other times it can be something to pay attention to. For example, if you have a patch for ETaC which has it as say FalkreathMod1 and then ETaC, but you have ETaC before that mod in your load order then you may need to change that.
For these instances always doublecheck the mod page. Specific load order requirements will almost always be listed on the mod page. Sometimes having mods have the wrong master order can cause issues, such as if the expected data is not found, but its not always the case.

If youre unsure, always ask the mod author. If the mod author is unactive, feel free to ask here :)

Yea there are like 8 reds but no crashes. I do get a crash at char creation but that is a fnis/animations issue.

You will only crash if they are ticked. If they arent ticked you are fine.
